Who Do You Wish To Be
/Whatever you are experiencing, good or bad are judgements made in your mind. However, if you are stressed right now, it may not be important to you as to why you are feeling this way. Yet you know that until you break down the segments on how a thing has been created, you cannot change it. So you know that until you heal the thoughts that created the pain, you cannot move forward to create who you wish to be.
Of course how we feel depends on what is going on our lives and how we are thinking. Often when we feel something we try to put it into words. But, by the time we put feelings into words and words into action we have lost a lot in the translation. So, it’s a good idea to stay with the feelings, as this creates the vibration of energy released. We tend to forget all this, so we repeat our behaviour until we decide to change our habit pattern.
If you do to not want your habits to circle back again and again, you need to take a closer look at your problem. When negative thoughts slip in your mind, think of something positive. Ask yourself ‘who am I,’ and demonstrate that. Love yourself and others just as they are. Be compassionate and be aware that everything is a vibration. Do whatever it takes to adjust the vibration of your energy to the type of person you want to be.
Stop trying to decide what to do and focus each day on what matters to you. When you talk to someone, stop listening to what you are thinking and listen to what you are feeling. You know when you feel happy or sad about what you are thinking or saying. And what you are feeling is how you are being. Use your intuitive and psychic abilities to get in touch with your feelings before you think, say or do anything.
You are free to call forth any reality you wish. The fastest way to call anything forth, is to give it to another. This is because your subconscious is aware that it is not possible to give to another person, something that you do not already have. So, you must have it to give it. It is the giving of the thing that produces the having of it. For example if you want to experience more companionship cause another to be companioned. Why do you think the wealthy get into philanthropy.
Feelings are the language of the soul. Most people spend their lives reacting to feelings rather than creating them. Think of a scary movie and capture the meaning you wish to experience. Or visualise something as already accomplished and experience the feeling. If you do not believe you have that ability, then of course you do not have it.
Most people decide their feelings ahead to time in a positive or negative way. These prejudices are judgements made in your mind. Take a closer look at the events in your life. Far more are predictable than you might first imagine. Devise the best emotional outcome for yourself, by planning ahead your perspective. How you perceive things create your inner reality and your inner reality creates your outer experience.
Unfortunately we tend to allow our feelings to ‘overcome us,’ out of nowhere. Feelings are created by thoughts which are nothing more than an idea conjured up in your mind. Invite yourself to give up your ‘story’ created in your mind about someone or something. For example your mum may have said something to you as a child that deeply hurt you. So when your friend says something that triggers unhappy memories of your ‘mum incident,’ you may snap and say something unpleasant.
Think of your stressful feeling as a compassionate alarm clock. Release your stress before you turn it into an emotion. A person standing across the street watching another person cry has no idea of what is going on. Feelings are the truth on the thought that you hold about something. An emotion is energy in action with the feeling you are having. At moments of great decision, take time out to just be with the problem. Empty the mind and go deep into your heart. Ask your heart to be honest and tell you the truth. Your true feelings will never deceive you.
Pay closer attention to your intentions. How you look at something creates how you see it. If you view your life as a gift, you will see it as a treasure that will serve you and lead you to joy. If you perceive life as a tragedy, you will mourn it forever and receive nothing from it but everlasting sorrow.
