Journey with your Soul

Begin by sliding into a comfortable position to rest your body but your mind stays awake. Close your eyes, feel yourself relax and see nothing in front of your 3rd eye chakra but darkness. Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. Move out of your mind any thoughts on worry, impatience or expectation and focus your awareness in the present moment. Being present with your soul is in that place of nothingness where familiar past memories and emotions have fallen away.

Surrender to the energy in front of your third eye and be patient to whatever presents itself or maybe nothing at all. Your personal reality is your personality, made up of how you think, feel and act. In order to create a new personal reality, you have to get beyond your present state of being. That means you have to stop thinking, acting and feeling the same way long enough to upgrade the behaviour pattern of how you normally think, feel and act.

When you take your attention off your body, the people in your life, the things and objects you own, where you live, work and sleep, you disassociate from all things known. The unknown field of energy, your soul, your aura, your chakras are rich in frequencies of information that can help you to create something new. Just because you cannot see it, does not mean that nothing is there. To get there, you need time to carve a neurological pathway from your conscious self to your unconscious self, in that place where your automatic nervous system resides.

If you are asking your guardian angels, your ancestors, your soul, to realign and balance your body, you need to get beyond your body. If you want to create something new in your life, you have to get beyond the memories of your current life. If you want to create a new future, you have to get beyond the familiar past and go into the quantum field. Like a radio wave, the quantum is filled with information that can only be experience as an awareness. You cannot experience the quantum field at a deeper level with your five physical senses.

To access the quantum, you need to carve an imaginary road to your 8th chakra located in your aura above your head. This portal needs to be open if you want to connect to higher dimensions of perception and a deeper amplified awareness. When your soul is ready, out of a tunnel of darkness, in front of your 3rd eye, will flow clouds of colours or maybe a glow of light, as your soul takes you on a journey through your energy centres. At this moment, your inner vision is awakened, your internal software receives an upgrade and you will feel more like energy and less like matter. This experience will change you profoundly and your perceived reality will never be the same.

Your energy is now isolating at higher frequencies of electromagnetic energy beyond your 5 senses. The antenna in your mind is switch onto higher sensitivities, picking up information from realms beyond matter, space and time. At this higher frequency, you activate a different kind of light, an energy frequency faster than visible light and a greater intelligence within you. Your internal reality will become more real to you than your external reality without having taken drugs to experience the journey.

The journey with your Soul is unique to every person, an experiential discovery that exists beyond any known language and an experience like nothing before. Be patient, it takes time to develop a new routine and an array of colours or whatever else to present itself out of the dark space of nothingness. Do not expect anything to appear in front of your 3rd eye. Just relax and focus on the quantum field, being aware and be open for a deeper understanding of your life. When your soul is ready, your aura will present to you the information that is appropriate for your interpretation.
